How you'll make an impact Act as technical lead for shop-floor issues on customer orders Prepare and manage Bills of Material in ERP systems Interpret electrical circuit diagrams and schematics Review mechanical designs and 3D models using tools such as Creo Support testing activities with design and secondary engineers Resolve technical questions from production and testing teams Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align on order requirements Maintain and update quality notifications for assigned projects Your background Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 4-6 years of experience with high-voltage switchgear (66 kV and above) Knowledge of international standards such as IEEE, ANSI, and IEC Experience with ERP systems is an advantage Ability to read manufacturing drawings and electrical schematics Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills More about us Be part of a global organization powering the energy transition Grow in an inclusive culture that values learning and collaboration Access development opportunities across roles, projects, and regions What We Offer Comprehensive Health Coverage
