Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform electrical system design using AutoCAD/Revit software applications. Assist with lighting, power and signal calculations. Design and document lighting, power, security and telecom systems. Assist with power studies such as Arc Flash studies using SKM Power Tools. Travel to project sites to survey existing conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project team members. Work with clients, vendors and contractors on a limited basis. Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering with a concentration in Electrical/Lighting or Electro-Mechanical Engineering. FE/EIT Certification is highly preferred. 4+ years of related experience. Experience with AutoCAD/Revit software platforms; Microsoft Office Suite. Occasional travel may be required. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to meet project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects. Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision. Must be fully authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
