Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and fueling future success #LI-MB1 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks Compensation Range USD $105,400.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
