Job Description
Job Summary Provide electrical engineering services, including technical support and supervision within the electrical engineering team. Ensure services and specifications are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Deliver electrical engineering services and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory specifications. Initiate, manage, and supervise electrical engineering project requirements. Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports, and follow required checking procedures. Ensure project scope clarity and compliance with change management processes. Provide assistance and advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Act as the electrical engineering lead on specific projects when required. Outline project requirements, promote workshare, assign tasks, and supervise progress. Resolve discrepancies between project requirements and deliverables. Stay updated with the latest developments and innovations in electrical engineering. Assist and support junior personnel within the electrical engineering team if required. Communicate effectively with the team and project stakeholders. Identify issues, develop solutions, and seek assistance when necessary. Serve as a technical consultant and make formal presentations as needed. Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Extensive relevant discipline experience. Experience in a project leadership role. Experience in estimating project costs and writing proposal content. Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills. Sound knowledge of fundamental electrical engineering requirements and basic requirements of other engineering fields. Knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory requirements. Competent use of electrical engineering-specific software and MS Office Suite. Substantial technical and practical experience in electrical engineering in similar industries, including multi-disciplinary projects and teams. Education -
