Job Description

Pay Based on experience Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing a variety of maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, and facilities systems. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, repairing, and supervising maintenance activities that keep our operations running smoothly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting dedicated to excellence. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime. Open/Close /Operate commerical pool Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and adjust automated processes for optimal performance. Assist with residential painting projects within the facility to maintain a clean and professional environment. Maintain safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure work environment. Skills Strong electrical experience with the ability to interpret schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively. Mechanical knowledge encompassing machinery operation, repair techniques, and preventive maintenance strategies. Proficiency in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control tasks. Experience with facilities maintenance including HVAC systems, plumbing, painting, and structural repairs. Ability to read technical schematics accurately using tools like ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. Supervising experience in maintenance or manufacturing settings is highly desirable for leadership opportunities. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
