This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the testing, troubleshooting, and advancement of the U.S. Navy's nuclear?powered submarine electric plant power and instrumentation and control systems. You'll build foundational technical skills while working directly with complex electrical and electronic systems in a one?of?a?kind test environment. You'll collaborate closely with teammates and shipyard stakeholders while developing the confidence and ownership needed to make a real impact. What You'll Do

• Perform hands?on testing, data collection, and analysis for shipboard power electronic systems
  
• Support instrumentation and control system compatibility and qualification testing
  
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and system?level issues under guidance from experienced engineers
  
• Contribute to the development and refinement of data acquisition systems and PLC?based automation
  
• Help design and implement upgrades to test equipment and facilities
  
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate test execution and laboratory operations

Familiarity with electrical test equipment or basic troubleshooting methods

$63,900.00 - $97,800.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only.
