Job:

A Mission We are seeking a passionate leader to drive the design and development of advanced traction solutions, collaborating with dedicated teams to deliver projects that transform mobility. As a senior professional, you will own complex challenges and leave a lasting legacy through your work. Your Role, Your Impact Lead scalable engineering projects, ensuring solutions meet evolving market demands and regulatory standards.

Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Guarantee reliability and safety of traction systems through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies into project delivery.

Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build technical excellence. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Traction Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management or leadership roles.

Strong understanding of system integration, safety protocols, and quality assurance.

Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to inspire teams and drive results.

Expertise in traction systems and rail industry standards is desirable but not mandatory. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of project milestones aligned with strategic objectives.

Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
