Design, develop, and validate electrical hardware for RFID products, ensuring designs meet functional, safety, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with global engineering teams to bring products from concept through production.Day to
Day:
Collabera is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on 1 2 active product development projects while supporting legacy products. This person will design and research new hardware components, create and modify schematics, add memory to existing designs, develop small power supply circuits, collaborate with offshore engineering teams to share and review designs, participate in test planning, shadow JDM (Joint Design Manufacturer) partners, and ensure products successfully pass lab, safety, EMI/EMC, and validation testing for fixed and handheld RFID readers.Must Haves:
- 3+ years of Electrical Engineering experience
- Embedded systems and microprocessor experience
- Strong electrical and digital circuit design experience
- Understanding of EMI/EMC principles
- Experience with electronic test equipment
- Familiarity with Cadence Concept/Allegro
- Experience with small power supply design
- Ability to research and select electronic components
