This position combines technical design, project leadership, team management, and client coordination . The ideal candidate is a PE-licensed Electrical Engineer with strong commercial building experience and advanced Revit MEP skills. Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering and design for commercial building projects. Design power, lighting, emergency generation, fire alarm, security, and other electrical systems . Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams. Manage project scope, workload, schedules, and deliverables. Prepare BIM/Revit drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, consultants, and code officials. Perform construction administration, including site observations, shop drawing reviews, and punch lists. Mentor and develop engineers and designers. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. Evaluate cost-effective engineering solutions and support cost containment. Ensure designs comply with applicable local, state, and national codes. Qualifications 4+ years of electrical engineering/design experience with commercial buildings. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Revit MEP proficiency required. Strong knowledge of electrical power, lighting, emergency generation, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. Experience with design-build, design-bid-build, fast-track, and other delivery methods. Strong knowledge of electrical/building codes and engineering standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and engineering software. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. Why Join?
