Salary:
$130,000 - $160,000 + BonusFounded in 1961, we are a 100 employee consulting engineering firm headquartered in Woburn. We specialize in delivering innovative MEP engineering and construction management solutions across healthcare, academic, and science & technology markets. At our Woburn facility, we provide design, consulting, and project management services for complex building systems, serving clients that demand high performance, reliability, and sustainability.

The Electrical Project Engineer will lead discipline specific design execution, mentor junior staff, and ensure successful project outcomes while maintaining a strong technical presence across projects.

What You Will Be DoingLead electrical design and documentation for projects of moderate to high complexity, from schematic design through construction documentsDevelop coordinated engineering solutions that integrate seamlessly with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural systemsDirect and review work performed by Designers and Senior Designers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm standardsResolve technical, coordination, and code related challenges to maintain project quality and scheduleParticipate in RFIs, submittals, punch lists, field observations, and construction meetings to support project deliveryWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplineEIT certification required (PE license preferred)8+ years of MEP consulting design experience with advanced understanding of building systems and applicable codesStrong proficiency in BIM/CAD platforms and ability to produce coordinated design documentsExcellent communication, coordination, and technical problem solving skillsExperience mentoring junior staff and serving as a technical resource to project teamsFamiliarity with QA/QC processes, value engineering, and firm standards initiativesWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
