Job Description

division is currently seeking a Electronic Controls Project Leader. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000- $126000 a year.
- Lead medium
- to large-scale NPI and VAVE projects from concept through launch.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Partner with product owners and development teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs.
- Drive collaboration across software, firmware, hardware, testing, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent use of project management best practices, metrics, and reporting.
- Provide regular updates on project health, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to business and divisional leadership.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in project leadership and/or product development

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience with Project Management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Proven experience leading cross-functional and global teams in new product development.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, multi-core processors, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of power systems, switchgear, relay, or control products preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- PMP certification or formal project management training.
