Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain electrical drawings and schematics in AutoCAD for aerospace test equipment. Work closely with engineers and designers to support the development and qualification of new aerospace products. Ensure all drafting documentation complies with industry standards and internal quality requirements. Assist in updating and revising existing electrical documentation as needed. Participate in design reviews and provide technical input relating to drafting and documentation. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years' experience in electrical drafting, specifically using AutoCAD. Understanding of electrical drafting principles and standards. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to analyze technical data and develop actionable project plans to meet objectivesWE VALUE
Experience with mechanical design in a 3D modeling environment such as Solidworks or Siemens NX. Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and test equipment design. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Experience in process improvement and engineering project support. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
