Lead Electrical Engineer Salary:
$120,000-$180,000 (DOE) +

Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Overview Our client, a leading engineering and project delivery firm, is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to support a variety of industrial projects involving power distribution, lighting, grounding, and electrical infrastructure systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from facility improvements to large-scale
EPC/EPCM
assignments across multiple industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Design medium- and low-voltage power distribution, grounding, and electrical systems Develop conceptual designs, equipment specifications, and construction scope documents Prepare engineering deliverables including: One-line diagrams, Wiring and interconnection drawings, Panel layouts, Motor control schematics, Loop sheets, Cable and conduit routing drawings Support project planning, scheduling, execution, startup, and commissioning activities Review field installations to ensure compliance with design requirements, safety standards, and applicable codes Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams Provide technical leadership and mentorship on assigned projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience designing and implementing medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems in industrial, manufacturing, or consulting environments Strong knowledge of NEC, ANSI, NEMA, and NFPA standards Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus Ability to manage projects, prioritize workload, and meet schedule and budget objectives Degree and PE license are preferred, EIT candidates will also be considered Willingness to travel periodically to project and construction sites in the area What's Offered Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work schedule Opportunity to work on diverse industrial projects with a well-established engineering organization Career growth and leadership opportunities within a collaborative team environment Apply today if you have experience as a: Lead Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer, Power Systems Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer, EPC Electrical Engineer, Industrial Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineering Lead, Power Distribution Engineer, Electrical Project Manager, Principal Electrical Engineer, Controls & Electrical Engineer, Electrical Systems Engineer, or PE Electrical Engineer.
