We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer (PE) to support the execution of large-scale industrial projects and provide technical leadership during the construction phase. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering activities on-site during project execution. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. Review electrical designs, specifications, and technical documentation. Support field engineering activities and technical decision-making. Mentor and guide junior engineers. What We're Looking For PE License required. 10+ years of electrical engineering experience. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or heavy industrial environments. Strong understanding of power systems and electrical engineering principles. Experience with ETAP, SKM, or similar software is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
