As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll take ownership of complex electrical design across a diverse portfolio — and you'll be doing it from a hybrid setup that respects your time and your life outside of work. Project Types Healthcare facilities, higher education campuses, municipal and civic buildings, aviation projects, commercial and industrial developments, emergency operations centers, Senior living communities, and technology systems integration. What You'll Do ∙ Lead electrical design from schematic design through construction administration on multiple concurrent projects ∙ Produce and review construction documents, specifications, and calculations ∙ Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams ∙ Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior engineers and designers ∙ Manage project scopes, schedules, and client communication with minimal oversight ∙ Apply knowledge of energy-efficient systems, lighting design, and low-voltage/technology systems integration

What You Bring Required:

∙ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field ∙ 8+ years of building electrical systems design experience ∙ Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) — Washington preferred or ability to obtain ∙ Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD ∙ Strong project management and client communication skills

Preferred:
