Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems, controls, and equipment.
- Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues.
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, project engineers, and vendors.
- Manage electrical projects including budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Evaluate and improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, motors, drives, PLCs, and power distribution.
- Experience with AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar electrical design software.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with
NEC, NFPA
70E, OSHA, and applicable industry standards.- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, automation, packaging, or industrial systems.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial networking.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
