Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design projects from concept through commissioning Design power distribution, control systems, and electrical infrastructure solutions Develop electrical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation Perform electrical calculations, system analysis, and equipment selection Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives Support testing, troubleshooting, validation, and startup activities Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements Drive continuous improvement and provide technical leadership throughout project execution Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 4+ years of electrical engineering or electrical design experience Experience with power distribution, controls, or industrial electrical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience with switchgear, generators, UPS systems, or power distribution equipment Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar electrical design software Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, and communication protocols Familiarity with NEC and other electrical codes and standards Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure If you're an Electrical Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading projects, and delivering innovative solutions, we'd love to connect with you
