JOB DUTIES
(Include, but are not limited to) Provides specific, detailed information for selection, and implementation techniques. Duties require an understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the fields of electronics, analog and digital design, software systems concepts and design for test and manufacturing Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives Provides technical solutions to a wide range of problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with organization objectives Review technical challenges (especially system electrical challenges) and propose recommended courses of action to the customer Represents organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with projects Creating detailed design documentation, including schematics, circuit diagrams, and component selection Communicating design ideas, technical challenges, and project updates to stakeholders Identifying and resolving design flaws or discrepancies identified during analysis and testing Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree with zero (0) years of experience Analog and digital design including serial communication, logic design, and power design Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team with software, firmware, mechanical and systems engineers
Prototyping:
Hands-on experience with building and testing circuits, cabling, and electrical equipment Experience with Configuration Management Toolsets for version control of hardware, software, and documentation Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
