Siemens' Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products (SI EP) division bridges the physical and digital worlds for energy systems, buildings, and industries, while enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability to improve the ways people live and work. Our portfolio of power distribution and power management solutions enables customers to safely convert large blocks of electrical power into smaller, usable units, while providing tools to monitor, control, and optimize energy usage. We are looking for rising engineering graduates to join the SI EP Engineering Leadership Development Program, a two-year journey featuring four six-month rotations across multiple Siemens SI EP sites and engineering functions. Rotation locations include Peachtree Corners, GA; Tucker, GA; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA; Bellefontaine, OH; Grand Prairie, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; Juarez, Mexico; Chihuahua, Mexico; and Monterrey, Mexico. This program is engineered to accelerate your growth and lay the groundwork for an impactful engineering career at Siemens through hands-on experiences that build your technical expertise and industry knowledge, hone your leadership capabilities, cultivate your professional network across departments, offer mentorship and exposure to senior leaders, and help you define your career growth north star. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll transition into a full-time role within SI EP, such as Research & Development Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or Software/Hardware Engineer (just to name a few!) You'll make an impact by: Participating in four, six-month rotational assignments across key engineering functions such as design control, research and development, application engineering, manufacturing, software/hardware development, and project management Developing and enhancing innovative products, technologies, and applications for low-voltage controls and power distribution systems Contributing new ideas and tackling complex engineering challenges through creative problem-solving, discovering the most effective and efficient solutions Collaborating across different teams and business areas, leveraging cross-functional perspectives and shared expertise to achieve project objectives and drive business results You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
