Engineer

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to lead our engineering team and oversee all engineering projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and maintenance management. As the Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective team performance. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of engineering projects. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate the design and implementation of electrical systems. Utilize an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues and maintain equipment functionality. Oversee high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational goals. Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes, project progress, and maintenance activities. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage applications. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain a safe working environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
