Position Overview :

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with MEP consulting experience to join our growing team. This role will support senior electrical staff and contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for a variety of project types.

Responsibilities:

Prepare electrical construction drawings and specifications Support senior electrical engineering staff throughout project development Perform submittal and shop drawing reviews Conduct construction site reviews and field observations Design electrical systems for commercial and industrial facilities Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and contractors Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and project requirements Project Types Projects may include: Multifamily developments Office buildings Light industrial facilities Warehouses Self-storage facilities Healthcare projects Commercial developments

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred (non degreed candidates with relevant experience will be considered) 2+ years of electrical design experience within an MEP consulting firm Experience designing: Lighting and lighting control systems Electrical distribution systems Fire alarm systems Standby generator systems Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD Ability to identify and apply applicable electrical codes within project-specific jurisdictions Strong written and verbal communication skills

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
