Dr. Delphinium is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Green Tech Team. This hands-on, service-focused role involves installing and maintaining interior plants in corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and private residences, while delivering a consistently thoughtful and professional client experience. As a Green Tech, you are often the primary face of the company for many clients. You'll build trusted relationships through reliable service, take pride in the health and appearance of each installation, and respond to client needs with care and accountability. This role suits someone who works well independently, values consistency and follow-through, and brings curiosity and attention to detail to their work. Install, water, clean, prune, and maintain interior plants across assigned accounts Monitor and assess plant health; identify issues and take corrective action Greet clients and provide friendly, informative service during each visit Answer customer questions about plant care and product options Coordinate with the Corporate Sales Manager on installations, design needs, and inventory updates Prioritize and plan daily routes; determine the most efficient path through the schedule Follow all safe-driving rules and on-site instructions related to parking, entrances, and deliveries Help with plant layout and design when required Maintain accurate service notes and submit them via email Protect confidentiality of customer information Support teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and proceduresRequirements:
Strong customer-service mentality; personable, attentive, and helpful Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently for long periods Calm, tactful, and professional when handling difficult situations Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members Minimum 2 years of interior plant care and maintenance experience Excellent driving record meeting insurance requirements Love of horticulture, gardening, or plant care strongly preferred Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
