SI&T IPTL
leads throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring technical, schedule, and cost objectives are met. What You Will Be Doing Technical leadership
  • Guide a multidisciplinary team in architecture development, configuration‑item definition, and integration of test hardware/software. Program execution
  • Own control‑account management, risk & opportunity mitigation, and BOE (Basis of Estimate) development. Cross‑functional collaboration
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production Operations, Materials, Quality, and Supplier Technical leads through regular IPT meetings and ad‑hoc forums. Customer & stakeholder engagement
  • Represent the IPT in internal and external customer reviews, briefings, and status meetings. Decision support
  • Work closely with Program Leadership (Chief Engineer, Program Manager, other IPTs) to make collaborative, data‑driven decisions.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or a related STEM discipline 5+ years of relevant professional experience working in Hardware in the Loop (HWIL), Integration and Test (I&T), Test Engineering, or Design Verification Testing (DVT) Hands‑on familiarity with laboratory and test‑equipment hardware (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, matrix switch cards, PXI‑based I/O modules, AC/DC power distribution) Experience developing software for test applications (LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python, or MATLAB) Ability to Obtain SECRET clearance (Interim required prior to start)
Desired Skills:
Experience testing RF sensors and associated test‑range hardware Experience with Cost Accounting & Earned Value Management (CAM/EVMS), manpower planning, and Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) Experience supporting Proposals (Basis of Estimates (BOEs))
