Job Description

Position Summary As in a Senior Engineer, Infra Innovation, see roles and responsibilities below. Role and Responsibilities Interface with interdepartment Project Managers to execute and monitor Fab Construction. Analyze data, interpret project status updates, and develop recommendations. Work with team members to complete multi-disciplinary project work effectively through communication, and engage in project status reporting, schedule creation, and on-time execution. Create detailed step plans incorporating risk analysis for all executed work including start-up and commissioning. Assist in managing consultant design teams, construction general contractors, and subcontractors to plan day-to-day activities related to new and retrofit construction. Participate in review of project submittal for compliance with design and site specifications. Participate in and resolve project issues during construction, particularly those arising from constructability reviews, site observation reports, and construction punch lists. Manage site record drawings and document libraries to maintain a facilities' knowledge-base. Includes ownership of P&IDs, PFDs, O&M manuals, relevant drawing files. Review and analyze data for equipment/systems to ensure they are running within specifications and understand and apply 5S methodology in workspaces and processes to increase efficiency and safety. Seek out innovative concepts/technologies and drive to implementation. (Multiple Openings) Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 60 months of experience involving the following: 1. Project Scheduling with P6/MS Project; 2. Complex Construction Project Integration (including Engineering, Procurement and Construction; 3. Understanding BIM (Building Information Modeling); 4. Data-driven executive reporting (Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Ex. Spotfire); 5. Value Engineering and Cost Optimization; and 6. Advanced SAP/ERP. The current base salary range for this role is between $144,204 to $164,204. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
