Key Responsibilities Electrical Operations Leadership Provide senior-level oversight of all electrical construction activities across utility-scale solar projects Establish, implement, and continuously improve electrical standards, procedures, and best practices Lead execution of MV and LV systems including cabling, power collection, inverters, transformers, grounding, and commissioning support Act as the senior electrical authority when interacting with clients, EPC partners, and internal leadership Safety and Compliance Promote a strong electrical safety culture across all projects Ensure compliance with

OSHA, NEC, NESC, NFPA

70E, and project-specific safety requirements Oversee electrical safety programs, audits, JHAs, and corrective action plans Project Execution and Coordination Collaborate with Project Management, Estimating, and Operations teams on scheduling, manpower planning, and forecasting Identify and mitigate electrical risks, constructability challenges, and resource constraints Support mobilization planning, logistics coordination, and material readiness Track production metrics and drive operational transparency People Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and develop Electrical Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, and field teams Build scalable team structures to support multiple concurrent projects Support hiring initiatives and succession planning for future leaders Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Quality Assurance and Commissioning Support Ensure all electrical installations meet QA and QC standards and testing requirements Oversee inspections, testing documentation, and compliance records Support commissioning, energization, and project closeout activities Qualifications Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience, preferably in utility-scale solar or large infrastructure projects At least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Director, Electrical Operations Manager, or Senior Superintendent Strong experience with medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems Solid knowledge of NEC, NESC, OSHA, and

NFPA 70E
