Job Description
The Opportunity Step into a role where precision meets innovation. As a Electrical Test Systems Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance before reaching customers. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and customer collaboration-bringing technical expertise to life in a dynamic factory setting. As an Electrical Test Systems Engineer, you will own and continuously improve the electrical test systems, develop new testing capabilities, evaluate automation opportunities, execute testing when required and support future capital investment planning and capital project execution for test related projects. You will partner with cross-functional teams, customers, test lab leadership, test technicians and technical experts to solve complex challenges and enhance operational and test system performance. In this role, you'll play a key part in improving test system and product reliability, advancing manufacturing excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys problem-solving, innovation, and working with advanced testing technologies in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. How You'll Make an Impact Plan and coordinate testing activities based on engineering and customer requirements Execute and oversee product testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards Analyze test data, document results, and prepare detailed reports Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO) Maintain and manage test equipment, including calibration and proper usage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality and performance Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize testing processes Your Background Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or quality within manufacturing Strong knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements (IEC, IEEE, ISO) Experience with data analysis and reporting of test results Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct failure analysis Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams More about us Be part of a global organization driving innovation in sustainable energy solutions Access opportunities for continuous learning, career growth, and skill development Work in a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on safety, quality, and impact Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
