How you'll make an impact Design, analyze, and evaluate complex electrical systems and transformer components. Develop detailed manufacturing drawings, customer documentation, and bills of materials. Create advanced models and simulations to solve engineering challenges. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with market and sales strategies. Lead or support technical investigations and implement effective engineering solutions. Engage with customers to resolve technical issues and strengthen relationships. Prepare specifications, proposals, and technical reports while supporting approvals. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in electrical design, ideally within the power transformer industry. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical engineering principles. Experience with AutoCAD and/or 3D design tools such as Creo preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and engineering documentation. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
