Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering 2-5 years of electrical engineering experience Experience designing electronic circuits and embedded hardware PCB design experience using Siemens PADS, KiCad, or similar ECAD software Ability to create schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation Experience with analog and digital circuit design Familiarity with signal integrity, sensors, motor control, and power electronics Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, and other electronic test equipment Understanding of communication protocols including RS232, I2C, and SPI Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills & Experience Experience with SPICE simulation tools Familiarity with CAN, USB, Ethernet, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, or OPC-UA Experience supporting EMC, CE, UL, or IEC compliance testing Familiarity with embedded software development and design reviews Experience working with contract manufacturers and PCB vendors Python, C#, Visual Basic, or similar scripting experience for hardware test automation Knowledge of Agile, Stage-Gate, or other product development methodologies Exposure to PLCs and industrial automation systems Experience working in ISO 9001 and/or
