Electrical Test Engineer II Location:

Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a dedicated professional to facilitate performance testing and calibration of avionics development hardware. We focus on ensuring the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and data analysis, playing a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge aerospace technology.

Responsibilities:

Create avionics test systems for test in thermal and vibration environmental testing chambers Write and maintain automation scripts in Python to support data acquisition, test execution and data post-processing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and data acquisition systems during testing Facilitate performance testing, calibration, and environmental testing of avionics development hardware per test plans. Provide support to identify root causes for failures of hardware during development test cycles. Maintain automated test equipment configuration control and traceability to support quality audits. Review and process large data sets to identify nonconformances.

Required:

Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining test chambers and automated test and measurement equipment. Sound knowledge of electronics circuit fundamentals. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
