Job Description:
As a Test Engineer a typical day might include: Evaluate new test technologies and methods. Determine Design for Test (DFT) specifications and coordinate with engineering staff on new product design. Design, develop, and maintain test strategies for new and existing products that meet corporate objectives. Train production testing staff in function, design, and maintenance of all testing processes on the production floor. Gather and analyze test data to improve test coverage and efficiencies. This job might be for you if you have: BSEE or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years experience designing and developing production tests Excellent writing and speaking skills Experience with applicable programming languages You may be a stronger fit for this position if you: 2+ years of experience in electronic design, manufacturing and testing Skill in design and construction of test fixtures Experience in writing test procedures and test documentation Competitive pay. $97,700 - $144,400 We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job and responsibility. We base our starting pay offer and title on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
