About the Role My client is an established, industry‑leading engineering consultancy known for technical excellence, long‑term client relationships, and a collaborative, people‑first culture. They are seeking a BIM Coordinator to support multidisciplinary project teams in delivering high‑quality, well‑coordinated designs through consistent BIM standards and best practices. You will play a key role in bridging design intent, client expectations, and technology across projects. Key Responsibilities Promote and maintain consistent BIM standards across projects, while integrating applicable client standards Partner closely with project managers and design teams to develop, manage, and present high‑quality federated models Create, implement, and champion project‑specific BIM Execution Plans Troubleshoot model interoperability issues and provide hands‑on modeling support as needed Support clash detection, coordination workflows, and constructability reviews Quickly learn new BIM tools and workflows and share knowledge across teams Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, accurate, and consistent project models Participate in occasional travel to client sites for coordination meetings when required Requirements / Qualifications Proven experience working as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar BIM/VDC‑focused role Strong working knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud Experience with Revit strongly preferred Experience with Plant 3D is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement Why Join Us?
