Faith Technologies is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and engineering for complex construction projects. In this role, you'll develop and review power distribution, lighting, and control systems; perform load calculations; and ensure compliance with NEC and applicable codes. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to deliver innovative, constructible solutions that support design-build and industrial projects. You'll mentor junior engineers, support estimating, conduct site visits, and champion our safety-first culture while helping drive continuous improvement and technical excellence. Responsibilities Lead electrical power, lighting, and control system design for construction and design-build projects Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure code compliance and constructability Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and clients to align designs with project scope, budget, and schedule Perform site visits, field investigations, and resolve technical issues during construction Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, providing technical review and feedback Support estimating, value engineering, and proposal development for new projects Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures in all engineering activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative, energy-efficient solutions Required Skills Electrical power distribution design Lighting and control system design Short-circuit and load calculations Arc flash and coordination studies Auto CAD/Revit or similar CAD tools National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance Construction documents and specifications Design-build project coordination Field investigation and site surveys Cost estimating and value engineering
