Faith Technologies seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and implementation of complex electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and energy projects. In this role, you will develop power distribution, lighting, and control system designs; perform load calculations and short-circuit/coordination studies; and ensure NEC, IEC, and local code compliance. You will support design-build projects, coordinate with construction teams, review submittals, and troubleshoot field issues. The position involves mentoring junior engineers, contributing to safety-focused project planning, and supporting innovation in energy and integrated technology solutions. Responsibilities Lead electrical power distribution, lighting, and control system designs for large commercial, industrial, and energy projects. Perform load calculations, short-circuit, arc flash, and coordination studies to ensure safe, reliable systems. Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, and local electrical codes and develop construction documents and specifications. Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and clients in a design-build environment. Review shop drawings and submittals; provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning. Troubleshoot field issues and support start-up, testing, and system optimization. Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, promoting best practices and safety. Contribute to innovative energy, prefabrication, and technology-driven electrical solutions.
