Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled building operations professional to support a commercial environment where system management, vendor coordination, and tenant service are top priorities. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to reliable day-to-day facility performance while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and responsive workplace.

Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize facility operations while coordinating multiple maintenance activities and resource needs. Oversee vendor relationships, including scheduling, scope review, quality assurance, and contractor coordination. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot building systems, and support maintenance staff on complex issues across electrical, mechanical, DDC, and pneumatic controls. Maintain the CMMS, support tenant service requests, perform advanced maintenance tasks as allowed, and assist with preventive maintenance and emergency response.

Required:

3+ years of experience in commercial facility operations, building maintenance, or engineering. Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, and make independent operational decisions. Trade school education, union training, military service, or a college degree preferred. Universal CFC EPA certification, or willingness to obtain it within the first year with support from the company. Strong commercial building systems knowledge, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and CMMS platforms, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
