As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will be part of the Advanced Manufacturing department supporting engineering and production teams. Design, implement, and scale automated and semi-automated control systems using sound engineering principles and technologies. Develop new and improved manufacturing processes through theoretical and practical engineering applications. Establish factory and line/machine level control standards and specifications for internal and external teams. Act as the corporate SME for plant control systems programming, including architecting, writing, and debugging PLC ladder logic and IPC software. Implement
ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA
compliant safety systems for safeguarding manufacturing equipment and robots. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience with Rockwell Logix platforms. Expertise in designing, programming, and validating controls for high-volume automated manufacturing equipment. Experience in designing control hardware and OT infrastructures, including industrial communication protocols. Strong knowledge of machine safety circuits, safety PLC programming, and Industry 4.0 software platforms such as SCADA, Historians, and OPC Servers. What's in it for me?
