Job Description
Overview Join our innovative team as an Electrical Engineer and become a vital contributor to cutting-edge projects in electrical systems and system design. You will be instrumental in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components and systems, ensuring they meet rigorous standards and client specifications. We are committed to fostering growth, creativity, and technical excellence in every project. Responsibilities Design and modify analog and digital circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts. Develop and maintain engineering documentation including schematics and BOMs. Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and design improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical, quality, and component-related issues. Review test data and implement design modifications Develop and execute test plans for motors, controls, and applications. Participate in design reviews and production launch support. Work with suppliers, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure component and material quality. Determine critical electrical and mechanical design parameters and develop solutions aligned with manufacturing capabilities. Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or Associate Degree with equivalent experience. Experience with analog/digital circuit design, PCB layouts, and motor controls. Strong analytical, modeling, and simulation skills related to motor controls. Demonstrated technical problem-solving and root cause analysis experience. Proven ability to innovate and develop practical engineering solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for developing product solutions.
