Bath and Shower Installer

Duties Install new bathtubs, showers, enclosures, fixtures, and accessories according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Remove old fixtures and prepare surfaces for new installations using hand tools and power tools Conduct plumbing connections ensuring water-tight seals and compliance with safety standards Perform electrical work related to lighting or venting systems when necessary Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation procedures Perform quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to building codes and client expectations Complete restoration work such as caulking, sealing joints, finishing trim carpentry, or applying paint for a polished look Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on bathroom fixture installation or remodeling projects Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, tile laying, and drywall finishing Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and heavy equipment operation when applicable Knowledge of construction schematics including schematics for plumbing and electrical systems Ability to read technical drawings such as concrete forms or fabrications plans accurately Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction painting, masonry, roofing, stucco application, or glass installation Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail; capable of troubleshooting issues during installation or restoration phases Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and coordinate project timelines

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 - 45.0 per week
