Working directly with our Lead E&I Engineer, you will own the production-oriented side of our detailed design work — drawings, wiring details, conduit schedules, and instrument data sheets — for process and multi-discipline projects at major industrial facilities. What You'll Do Produce detailed E&I design packages: electrical drawings, wiring and termination details, conduit and cable schedules, panel layouts, and instrument installation details. Develop and maintain instrument data sheets, loop diagrams, and instrument index documentation. Support power distribution and controls design, including transformers/switchgear, gas detectors, actuators, and field instrumentation. Prepare and incorporate redlines, bid tabulations, and vendor documentation into project deliverables. Support P&ID, HAZOP, and area classification efforts alongside senior engineering staff. Coordinate with engineers, clients, and vendors to keep deliverables accurate, on-standard, and on-schedule. Apply and uphold NEC/NFPA and client-specific design standards across all work products. What We're Looking For 10+ years of E&I / instrumentation design experience in an industrial, petrochemical, refining, or process consulting environment.
