Responsibilities PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning Develop and modify Rockwell / Allen-Bradley control systems Work with Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, I/O, networks, and field devices Support equipment startup and commissioning Diagnose and resolve controls-related issues Work independently in a fast-paced project environment Requirements Proven experience as a Controls Engineer in industrial automation Strong experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLCs Experience with Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 Knowledge of industrial communication networks such as EtherNet/IP Experience with HMI programming and troubleshooting Automotive or manufacturing automation experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently English communication skills required Preferred Experience Automotive assembly or manufacturing systems Servo drives, VFDs, safety systems, and remote I/O Equipment startup, integration, and commissioning
