The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLC platforms (such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi) and a strong background in controls engineering, ladder logic, HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial automation best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and deliver PLC training programs tailored to corporate clients. Teach PLC fundamentals, hardware configuration, ladder logic, function block diagrams, and system troubleshooting. Customize course content based on client equipment, industry requirements, and participant skill levels. Maintain up-to-date training materials to reflect the latest PLC technologies, standards, and automation trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or PLC-based system maintenance. Proven experience delivering technical, vocational or corporate training programs. (formal or informal) Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Solid understanding of PLC programming languages, control systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multiple PLC brands and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus) is a plus. Certifications in automation or controls engineering are beneficial.
