Islandwide Permanent, Full Time Executive 4 years exp Building and Construction, Design $4,100to$4,900 Monthly 0 applicationPosted 03 Jul 2026Closing on 02 Aug 2026 Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Modeller (M&E) to join our Technical Team for our new project commencing from the early design stage. This role focuses on developing and maintaining BIM models, producing accurate technical drawings, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting project teams to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.

near to Dover/Yishun area Key Responsibilities Construct and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) disciplines Use BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts and design clashes between different disciplines Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards Requirement Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or HDB projects Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
