Commissioning Experience Hands-on experience in equipment/system commissioning. Ability to perform installation checks, functional testing, and commissioning activities at customer sites. 2. Electrical Schematic Knowledge & Preparation Good understanding of electrical schematic drawings. Ability to read, interpret, troubleshoot, and prepare electrical schematics. Ability to understand electrical circuits and identify components from schematics. 3. RF Generator Knowledge & Commissioning Working knowledge of RF generators and associated systems. Hands-on experience in RF generator installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting. 4. Troubleshooting Experience Strong electrical and equipment troubleshooting skills. Ability to identify faults systematically using schematics, measurements, and diagnostic tools. Ability to resolve equipment issues independently or in coordination with technical teams. 5. Customer Handling & Technical Communication Ability to communicate professionally with customers at the site. Ability to understand and respond to customer questions related to equipment, electrical systems, and schematics. Ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to customers. Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a good customer relationship. 6. Panel Wiring Hands-on experience in electrical control panel wiring. Knowledge of panel components, wiring practices, termination, labeling, and electrical safety. Ability to verify and troubleshoot panel wiring against electrical schematics. 7. PLC Knowledge Basic to good working knowledge of PLC systems. Understanding of PLC I/O, control logic, signals, and troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose PLC-related electrical and control issues. 8. High-Voltage DC Circuit Knowledge & Experience Good understanding of high-voltage DC circuits and associated safety requirements. Hands-on experience working with HV DC systems. Ability to troubleshoot HV DC circuits safely and effectively while following required safety procedures. 9. Shift & Site Support Availability Willingness to work in shifts, including day and night shifts. Customer has indicated that 24×7 engineering support may be required at the site. Flexibility to support commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer requirements outside normal working hours. 10. Electrical Harness Design Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical harness design. Ability to understand harness requirements, wiring connections, routing, termination, and documentation. Ability to prepare and review harness drawings/documentation as required. Key Responsibilities System Integration Lead integration of subsystems into a fully functional deposition platform. Develop and maintain system-level electrical and controls architecture. Define interfaces between electrical, mechanical, process, software, and safety systems. Support equipment commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and factory acceptance testing. Skill Requirements BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, Physics, or related field. 7+ years of experience developing complex industrial equipment.
