Starting at $44.57/hour Make an Impact As an Electronic/Electrical Design Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development, maintenance, testing, and validation of electrical systems, engineering documentation, and product designs used in the aviation industry. Your expertise will help ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of mission-critical aerospace products and systems. Working alongside engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you'll help transform technical concepts into practical solutions while supporting the continued innovation that keeps the aviation industry moving forward. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Develop, maintain, and release electrical and mechanical drawings, engineering documentation, and system designs in accordance with company, industry, and government standards. Prepare technical documentation using design tools and incorporate engineering changes as required. Create and modify system layouts and designs while identifying and resolving design discrepancies. Support engineering system design verification and functionality validation activities. Develop and maintain installation designs and part designs ranging from simple to moderately complex. Coordinate project activities and deliverables with internal teams and external suppliers. Conduct testing on products and systems, documenting results and observations. Analyze source data and engineering information to support design and production activities. Fabricate, build, and analyze test systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes. Develop maintenance, repair, and retrofit procedures that improve product reliability and safety. Interpret engineering drawings and electrical system documentation to troubleshoot electrical issues. Mark up illustrations and technical documents in accordance with established standards and procedures. Perform detailed self-reviews to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance. Support production and operational activities as assigned. Work under general direction while contributing technical expertise across multiple projects. Training will be provided after start, making this a great opportunity for experienced technicians looking to expand their aerospace industry knowledge. Required Qualifications We're looking for a hands-on technical professional with: Minimum 3 years of experience designing and fabricating wire harnesses and cables Minimum 3 years of experience using electrical test and measurement equipment , including: Power supplies Power meters Electrical analyzers Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems using volt-ohm meters and electrical schematics Experience fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring harnesses and related electrical components Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds during an 8-hour shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Candidates with the following qualifications will stand out: Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance Experience with GOLDesp (work orders, fabrication orders, and related processes) Aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, defense, or similar industry experience Why Join Us? Pay Details:
