Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $50.35 - 60.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Set up and manage Revit BIM models to develop fully coordinated, clash-free 3D models and 2D construction drawings using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Translate senior electrical staff's design intent into constructable deliverables in accordance with company and client BIM standards.

Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, architects, engineers, and project leads within the fast-paced data center market.

Coordinate 3D models across all design disciplines including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Support discipline leads by estimating hours required for design and modeling efforts based on provided markups and verbal direction.

qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, with at least 3 years of Electrical Revit design and electrical systems design experience in construction. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, alongside a solid understanding of codes, standards, and wiring/cabling connections. Demonstrated ability to estimate project hours, multi-task, and collaborate; experience with data center environments and power/lighting systems preferred.
