- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Specialist to lead CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts across aerospace, industrial, and federal projects, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems and complementary mechanical experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Lead BIM project setup and execution using Revit and AutoCAD platforms.
- Qualifications
- +
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in BIM/CAD, preferably in aerospace, industrial, federal, or infrastructure projects- for electrical and mechanical systems.
- +
Technical Skills:
Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related platforms. + Strong background in electrical design coordination, with mechanical systems knowledge. +Preferred Certifications:
Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or AutoCAD. +Education:
High school diploma or associate degree in a relevant field. +Knowledge:
Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM standards (IFC, COBie), parametric modeling, and construction methodologies. +Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Skilled at mentoring, cross-team collaboration, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines. ---- Preferred Attributes
- + Experience with aerospace, industrial, and federal project workflows and compliance. + Strong background in electrical design coordination, with mechanical systems knowledge. + Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects under tight deadlines. + Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Newforma. + Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling is a plus \#LI-CC1 #LI-Hybrid
