Whether you are a pure designer, a hands-on panel builder, an automation programmer, a field commissioning tech, or someone who spans the entire gap from design to support, we have a place for you. Where You Could Fit in Our Pipeline Depending on your background and interests, your day-to-day work can focus on one (or a combination) of the following areas: 1. System Design, CAD & Compliance Working alongside our team to produce 2D wiring schematics, point-to-point drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Utilizing SolidWorks (Sheet Metal & Layout) to design custom electrical enclosures, mounting sub-panels, and busbar configurations. Assisting with marine class society standards (ABS, DNV) and

regulatory compliance. 2. Next-Generation R&D & Automation Programming PLCs (CoDeSys, Siemens, etc.) and digital generator controllers (Woodward, ComAp, Deif, Deep Sea) for automated load sharing, paralleling, seamless shore-power transfers and battery and inverter power supply integration. Developing power electronics topologies for variable speed generation, silicon carbide inverters, high-voltage DC buses, and Battery Management System (BMS) integrations. 3. Panel Assembly, Harnessing & Fabrication Physically laying out, mounting components, wiring, and assembling custom 3-phase AC switchboards (up to 480V) and engine control panels. Modifying electrical enclosures, routing heavy power cables, and building custom engine harnesses to withstand harsh marine environments. 4. Testing, Field Commissioning & System Support Performing shop testing and validation of switchboards and generators before they ship. Boarding commercial vessels to handle dockside commissioning, system tuning, and load-bank testing. Providing high-level diagnostic troubleshooting for custom deployed systems as part of a structured, shared support team. What We Are Looking For We care more about your problem-solving grit, mechanical/electrical intuition, and eagerness to learn than a specific degree title. You might be a great fit if you have experience in any of the following:

Degrees or Hands-On Fields:

Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET), Mechanical Engineering Technology (BSMET), Industrial Automation, Electro-Mechanical Systems, Navy Electrician's Mate (EM/IC), custom panel building, programming, or custom design and fabrication.

Systems Thinker:

You understand how software, electrical circuits, and heavy mechanical equipment interact.

Schematic & Tool Literacy:

You can read multi-page electrical schematics and feel comfortable using multimeters, power tools, and diagnostic software.

Cross-Disciplinary Curiosity:

You love getting your hands dirty testing what you designed, or you enjoy suggesting engineering improvements based on what you built or fixed in the field.

Diesel Engine and Generator Apptittude:

If you have been a diesel engine or generator technician and are looking for the next chapter in your life and career, this could be it.

Salary:
