Ongoing training and professional development What You'll Do As an Industrial Electrician / PLC Programmer, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You'll use your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex electrical issues while helping develop the next generation of electricians. Lead troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex industrial electrical systems

Mentor and train entry-level and journeyman electricians

Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Allen-Bradley PLC systems

Oversee and support PLC programming and controls-related work

Develop and implement preventative electrical maintenance strategies

Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime

Ensure electrical installations, repairs, and modifications meet safety and compliance requirements

Partner with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure proper electrical safety practices What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced electrician who can take ownership, solve problems, and serve as a technical resource for the team. 5+ years of industrial electrical experience

Advanced knowledge of industrial electrical systems

Strong PLC troubleshooting/programming experience

Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs

Ability to mentor, train, and provide technical leadership to other electricians

Strong commitment to workplace safety and electrical compliance
