10+ Years Core competencies to look for: Must have worked in entire product lifecycle development from Requirement to product Launch. Design process, Digital design, EMI/EMC, Safety, High speed board design, Motor control/precision motion, Noise , Light source, Regulatory, Knowledge of mentor graphics tools. This is important as only one person will work with per project. 10+yrs of experience.

REQUIREMENTS

BSEE (Advanced degree MSEE preferred) or equivalent and 10+ Years of relevant electronic design experience including one (1) year of project management preferred. Understanding of the interactions of multifaceted technology, i.e., mechanics, software, optics and human factors. High level design capabilities with both analog and digital circuits. Proficient with programmable logic, embedded microprocessor integration and high-speed interfaces. Proficient in developing system level architecture.
