The AV Collaboration Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the design, implementation, operational support and maintenance of audio/visual technologies. This role will lead the audio/visual engineering and operations teams and be directly accountable for firmwide strategy, design, and end-user support of audio/visual technologies and related collaboration solutions. This individual will spearhead efforts to elevate the collaboration experience and set standards for the firm's conferencing, event support and digital signage to enhance the workplace experience and production quality of meetings and events. This is a people leader role that will be responsible for managing budgets, vendor partners, and coordinating technology implementations as part of upgrades to existing systems and construction activities globally.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct, coach, and lead personnel responsible for delivering audio/visual solutions to include performance reviews, staff development and training. Produce written artifacts that document system design, configuration, and inventory. Manage resource plans and capacity to fulfill strategic objectives. Develop budgets, road maps and project plans to continuously improve the service offering and keep pace with the changes in technology. Produce reports, metrics, and executive presentations that demonstrate the value and utility of audio/visual solutions. Lead the on-going maintenance of audio/visual infrastructure and associated systems. Manage and direct audio/visual resources and operations to ensure a consistent service level and high-quality meeting and event experience. Maintain positive relationships, engage in active listening, and build trust that facilitates inclusivity and effective team and cross-functional collaboration. Provide strategic direction for current and future technology implementations. Manage third-party vendors to plan, design and execute projects for audio/visual upgrades and construction activities. Continuously research and evolve the firm's meeting and collaboration capabilities as new technologies become available.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required, plus at least 3 years of experience managing a team supporting audiovisual (AV) solutions; OR, in lieu of a bachelor's degree, at least 6 years of experience managing a team supporting AV solutions required. Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting AV electronics and collaboration platforms in a corporate office or professional services environment required. Must live within a commutable distance to the firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AVIXA CTS
preferred. Knowledge of video conferencing protocols and communications standards. Working knowledge of audio/visual technologies, platforms, and related technologies. Project management or previous audio/visual design experience helpful. Working knowledge of M365 and MS Teams administration. Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks, identity management, and common information security protocols. Experience with meeting room booking software and digital signage systems.COMPETENCIES
This position will require frequent travel to offices across the US and Europe. Ability to work with all levels of management and produce and deliver presentations to executive leadership. Lead the team to execute key initiatives aligned with the strategic priorities of the department and/or firm and maintain awareness of industry trends that align with progressive changes in the technology landscape. Manage team performance and resources, ensuring quality standards are met. Use excellent judgement and critical thinking skills to identify and address challenges affecting the team and make well-considered decisions that drive positive results. Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, adapting accordingly based on the audience. Provide direction and guidance, delegates tasks, and promote teamwork to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.BENEFITS

The target annual salary range for this role is currently $147,000 - $167,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.New York based applicants only:
The target annual salary range for this role is currently $160,000 - $182,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus. Washington, DC based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $154,000 - $174,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
