What We're Doing At Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems, we are at the forefront of innovation, working on exciting programs and developing cutting-edge products and applications to address the complex and evolving needs of our customers. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and engineering excellence. The Work Lockheed Martin RMS is seeking talented engineers looking to utilize their hardware, software, and test skills by joining our Test Program Set Engineering team. Our team provides technical support for a number of aircraft and weapons systems to maximize operational readiness. Customers are both foreign and domestic and include branches of the US military. As a key member of our Test Program Set (TPS) Engineering Team, responsibilities will include:- Design TPS Hardware (Interface Test Adapters, Cables, Text Fixtures etc.) to interface required for testing hardware on automatic test stations.
- Interpret electrical schematics, system requirements, and interface control documents to define test coverage and hardware needs.
- Develop test programs to run on the Lockheed Martin LM-CORE, eCASS, and LM-STAR Test Stations.
- Select and integrate instrumentation (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, switching hardware, etc.) into TPS architectures.
- Work assignments that support RF, analog, digital, Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optics, and a variety of communication buses.
- Lead a team of TPS developers and collaborate with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering to coordinate efforts required to produce a tailored work product for our customers.
- Coach team members to work collectively as well as individually to develop software and hardware designs to support customer missions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- 7 years of professional experience
- Experience with electronics test, mission system integration, and/or Prognostic Health Management
- Experience in developing hardware designs to interface with electronic systems
- Experience in writing and integrating test scripts
- Proficient with electronic systems schematic interpretation, electrical circuit design, electrical cable design, equipment troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to receive and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Automatic test experience or electronics test background
- Test program development in ATLAS, TestStand, CVI/LabWindows, LabVIEW, or Visual Studio
- Customer interface experience for product demonstrations and customer support
- Teradyne digital test programming
- VHDL programming
- Familiarity with hardware development, manufacturing, and integration
- Experience working in scrum environment and using agile tools
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts and how they can be applied to test development and test data analysis

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
